Yes, we offer easy returns & exchanges within 7 days of delivery if:

To request a return or exchange, follow these steps:
Email us at customer@jazorashop.com within 7 days of delivery to initiate the return process. and we will inform you on how to return your item.
Once approved, you have 7 additional days to ship the item back.
We do not offer pre-paid returns, so customers are responsible for covering the return postage costs. Additionally, we do not refund the original shipping cost of your order.
The jewelry must be returned in perfect condition and in its original packaging for a refund or exchange.
Due to hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged.
Once we receive your return, we’ll process your refund within 2-3 working days. It can take up to 10 working days for the amount to reflect in your bank account.
If you choose to return your item using untracked delivery, please ensure you ask for proof of postage. We cannot be held responsible if the item goes missing during return transit.
Faulty or Damaged Items – If your item arrives damaged or faulty, we require photographic evidence within 1 week of receiving the product. Please send photos to customer@jazorashop.com
If your jewelry is faulty (e.g., color fade, broken chain, loose stone), we will replace the item only once.
